I receive transfer from Banners Brokers into my Solid Trust account. But since then I can not to log into my account. First they blocked my computer IP number and told me that I put wrongly my password three times. But I did not. Later when I was submitting tickets 6 now all the time they are saying that some details which I'm giving are wrong. E.g. my mobile number, my last 4 digits on the card which I submitted with. This week the IP blockage disappeared and tried to retrieve my password AND it tells me that my logging email does not exist. Send another ticket and did not receive any reply.
