I received a product that I ordered for the shipping and tried to cancel and was unable to before they withdrew 89.95 out of my account. I have called to cancel and try to get a refund. I was on the phone for 42 mins. with a woman who had very broken English and refused to put anyone else on the line. The product has been returned (mailed 11/2/14 from Brownsburg, In.)
