I took out a loan with this company for 800 dollars. I was told and signed agreement stating I would pay $240 biweekly for 2 months and the loan would be payed off. On the day of my last payment I called to verify that my loan was payed off and the lady gave me a code, I said what does this code mean? She says it means the loan was payed off by pending check. So I figured all was well. 2 weeks later I get 240 deducted from my account. I called back AWL and she said all the payments I had made had only paid the 300% biweekly interest rate and my pay off was somewhere around $3000. I told her I wanted a copy of the agreement, she refused. So I sent an email in and cancelled my ACH. Since that day I have been getting threatening phone calls from there collection department.
