I checked the balance of my prepaid debit yesterday morning so I couldn't understand why it was declined when I tried to make a purchase last night. There is a charge for $19.99 from Balanced media services that posted to my account sometime yesterday. I have not heard of this company nor authorized it to charge my debit card. This is not only fraud, it is theft. They illegally obtained my debit card number without my knowledge. I will dispute the charges but with a prepaid debit card, it is a long tedious process! I am also reporting them to the BBB and filing a theft report with the police dept.
