I saw this ad on Facebook for a free sample with a survey. I did survey and they asked for credit info for shipping. A week after I received 3 small products, I was charged $93.00 and $$99.00. I spoke with Erick in Arlington about charge and wanted my money back. He was very rude. I mailed product back to Nevada address, unused with a return # 389573, return signature requested. I have received signature card back but no refund
