I was attempting to get IE back and to clean up banners that kept popping up. I was sent to a live chat and let them take my computer and they showed me several "Back-door" openings which I know nothing about so I took their word. They Had me sign a contract for a lifetime Security subscription for $299.99. The next day I read about their scam in our local paper.
