Ordered by someone else using my credit card. I immediately contacted the company via email advising them to cancel the order. They took about 5 hours to respond and when they did, they advised the order had been shipped and I could return it. Shipped from the UK to Australia!!! I have advised them many times that it was not possible the order could have shipped as the order had just been placed. Each time I contact them I get one of two standard replies. Either a long email advising my credit card would receive no further charges and information on how to return the goods - or a shorter email just advising I would not receive any further bills. At no time have they directly addressed my concerns. One email appears as though they are using a program to translate English. Clearly a scam. I've cancelled my credit card.
