I recently attempted to contact Kodak to repair a printer problem and was directed to Click4Support. They sold me a repair contract and they showed me a computer file in my task manager and stated it was a Trojan with a foreign address that was stealing my computer information and shutting down security files & printer. They offered technical support to remove the virus, stating McAfee & Norton would not remove such virus/Trojan. After three hours of remote access to my computer to "fix" my problem, my printer is still messed up and I am out over $1000.00. The next day I contacted my credit card (Discover) to cancel the charge but they wanted me to TALK to Click4Support first. And Discover said I had to wait until the charge was finalized to challenge it. I did manage to get a $300 refund for the "repair" of my printer since they did not repair it and I had to buy a new one. But I paid $799 dollars for a security system SCAM and I would like my money back ASAP. Carol
