I seen the free trails of both of these products and ordered them. It asked for my credit card number for the 1.00 shipping fee so i complied. I then find out (while checking out my online banking) that I was being charged about $100.00 for a 30 days trail of each of them. SO I called them (I'm a mother and $200.00 is a lot to me) to ask them why I was being charged a ridiculous amount of money when I only ordered the free trails. They then told me that I had 8 business days to cancel the order or else I was going to be charged the full amount. Now i phoned and cancelled on the 4th day after reading in the fine print on my confirmation email. Now the bad thing is, is that, they charged me on the 5th day, (i seen on my online banking) and then i brought it up to them when I called, the told me well it takes 2 business days for them to get the money out of my account. Both companies. I then said that I have proof on email and online banking that it hadn't been the full 8 days and they just used every excuse they could think of to keep the money. Now the part that really grinds my gears that I never even recieved my free trails to see if i even like the product or even if works, till 3 weeks after I ordered the trails! SO the most angering part of all this, is that they continued to charge me the full amount for the 30 day products when i never even had the chance to try the product myself! AND it gets even worse, I hadnt even recieved my 30 day procuts (from each company) that I had paid over $200.00 for, and it has been 2 months! Needless to say, I will not order from these companies again, or even order any free trails i see on the internet. This mama bear isnt happy. I spent a ridiculous amount for products (that im sure work good) and dont even get the product.
