I bought this product on line. The results promised never happened. After 2 months I canceled this all together. The person on the phone refused to refund me, arguing, promising me discount etc. I was floored by this behavior. I called back and got the same rude treatment by the next 2 people I spoke with. All three times saying there was no supervisor able to speak to me. After I canceled another bottle arrived,,,,they now are charging me a re shelving fee....I believe with all my heart they are a BIG SCAM.
