October 22, 2014, 03:14 PM i ordered two tickets I have yet to receive my e mail to print them off.I have tried calling on many occasions . after checking with my bank i was informed that payment was still on hold. Today is the day of the event and i personally am very unhappy and very displeased with my first time doing business with your company,These tickets are for visiting family members . Well i will leave it at that very bad business and worse professionalism on your part.I want my tickets NOW or release the hold on my account While i still have time to purchase them somewhere else where i will be treated batter. please call me NOW any time
