I purchased a mattress last July, 2013 and it has been falling apart since, I have been complaining about it since July 2014, no one calls me back spoke to Supervisors, 2 of them, do not call back and one manager today who called me a jerk because I wanted another mattress to replace, I have a 10 year warranty and they would not honor it, I am very upset and the inspector told me he does 20 complaints a day with sleepy's and good luck getting another mattress, false advertising and false salesman.
