I answered an advert for two free items of Derma Youth Pro. Eye Cream and Face cream samples. I had to pay the postage of 2.95 and 4.95 respectively which I did. I received the goods and never thought anything else. I had recently come out of hospital after a serious operation. when I did go to my bank, I was aghast, they had taken out two payments one for 75.95 English pounds and one for 71.95 English pounds. I rang one of the numbers I was given by my bank and goy throughout to the call centre. No joy there.
I am appalled that this company can operate.
