they phoned me offered loan and told me about premium service, it seems I said yes! Next day money gone from bank. I tried to call the next day could not get through so E-Mailed to cancel. E-Mail back saying it would take 28 days. Now after many many E-Mails I still do not know anything about this Premium service, I have paid for something I have not recieved. I have even visited the office ( I used to live nearby so knew where they were) and could not even get in. Their csm was quoted "refunds in 7 days" on BBC, what a load of crap. I will not give up! 8 months and counting.
