I responded to an advert for free cosmetic samples, and paid £2.99p.postage and packaging. My "sample" duly arrived in September. Unfortunately I later discovered £89. had been taken from my bank account. I am not aware that I placed any order with this company.
I am almost 70 years old with a very small income and can ill afford this large amount of money.
Help me please I do not wish to happen again.
