I am from the UK and upon taking advantage of the free trial offer when visiting a free samples website of RVTL anti aging cream I was aware that the postage would cost me £2.99.

It was not made clear enough however that £89.00 would be automatically taken from my bank account 14 days later.

Again, This was NOT made clear enough in my opinion!

When calling the customer support phone line (02031299059) to give my complaint, the telephonist gave me a cancelation number and said that to get my money back the cream must returned and when it has been checked in and could take up to a week!

So not only has this con cost me £89 for the cream and £2.99 postage, I now have to pay £3.90 for the return postage to include a signiture receipt.

Notes of all dates have been taken to dispute if there is not a refund with my bank.

Hopefully, all outstanding monies will be refunded and guidelines made more clear what you are actually advertising.

Regards, CR
