My membership was to be cancelled on the 17th sept they took my money on the 15th I cancelled by phone on the 16th. I have rang 6 times 1st told it was 14 working days. Then promised on 5 occassions it would be paid in at the end of the day and it never had been. Spoken to various people who know who I am as I have complained so much. I have asked to speak to the manager who I think doesnt exist and to be put through to accounts which they have refused to do. I am a single parent and can not afford to be ripped off. Can someone please help.
