International boundaries
Ordered a number of Pandora charms from what was believed to be a pandora outlet site. Then got an order confirmation from pointsannetwork.com saying order sucessful. Also giving a user Id & password & link to customer service site. Since placing order have had unauthorised access to hotmsil account& attempts to change passwords etc. Waited for goods to come but have heard nothing so tried to access customer service website & password etc does nothing so no where to go to seek compensation
