I have played Blitz Bingo for 2 years on my IPad. I had worked my way up to level 118, also many credits. I have closed out several cities etc. Last Tuesday 10/14/2014 a window poped up telling me to claim the 4 year birthday prize which I did. That wiped out all of my levels, credits, over 800 power ups etc. I have lost daily credits of 87 per day now. I went to support to get my account reset, I have requested help 4 times and get nothing. My account still sits at level 1. Really bad customer service. I would like some of the money I have spent back, no reply to that request. I really feel I have been scammed. Can you help??? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sandi Slick
