I ordered their Rasberry Ketone Blast, which included a free pack of Cleanse Extrem.
This was received but deemed as unsuitable, so I contacted them by phone and they said I had to return the samples, even though their website says you can keep them as a "thankyou for trying our product".
I returned the samples, recorded delivery. I also cancelled my credit card that I used to pay for the postage and packing.
The samples were returned (they had opened the package) and were marked by Royal Mail as "refused" delivery.
Thankfully I cancelled my credit card, as others have had money debited without their consent.
