I was trying to buy a dress from the website but my account details would not process through. I then borrowed a credit card from a friend to pay and after putting in the details the screen went blank and I presumed this hadn't been accepted. A week later I was told the money had been taken from the credit card. I have tried on a daily basis to contact the company via email as they have no telephone numbers and received no response whatsoever. They have stolen this money and I have received nothing for it. I have now put the details through to Action Fraud for the police to investigate them. I need this money and will not be happy until I receive this back.
