I was severely abused by the company's customer service representatives who refused to help me resolve the issues on my account. I either got ignored, was bullied or if I was given an answer it was inadequate and it kept happening over and over again. At no time did the business owner and her two representatives that served me pick up the phone to call me even though they have a phone number. An affiliate working for this company cannot call them on the phone. They only respond by email and in the email they use anything they can against me, the (former) affiliate to make me feel foolish and inadequate. Instead of trying to resolve my problems and calling me they kept sending foolish answers to me in the email that made no sense or were partial answers to questions. I felt so abused by this company and no money in the world can ever repay the pain I suffered as a consequence of having been an affiliate with them trying to resolve an issue in peace. I think they are a scam. I spent so much money at their company and I have never seen such ugly and arrogant support. I think they want people to sign up so they can get their money and they make all these promises for the affiliate to be earning this and that and then for some reason they want to get rid of the affiliate (me) if they ask too many questions in wanting their issue resolved. I don't understand this kind of abuse. I don't understand their reasoning for doing this. I will make sure to get justice for all the abuse I suffered with this company. I will do my best to get this justice and even if I just warn people about this company, at least I did my best to help others also including myself get justice for abuse by a powerful online company's representatives. I want to add, I have dealt with a lot of customer service places in the United States and all of them have been 100% courteous at all times. I have never experienced such evil customer service and abuse as I have at SFI Marketing Group. I have reported this company to the BBB in Nebraska. They say they have refunded my money to me but I am not sure if they have refunded my Versa Points to me that I had in the account when I was forced to close it because this company's customer service caused me to get panic attacks and severe health problems. I will add the amount that they possibly still owe me in Versa Points. I say possibly because I don't know if they have refunded me for that or not. The BBB said they provided documentation that they refunded me and I have to review that information. So the BBB closed the case and told me I need legal representation if they didn't refund me all my money. I will keep you updated if I receive all my refunds. I just want to warn people that this company has horrible customer representatives and they teach their affiliates to treat their own customers with respect but they themselves cannot do that as a company. That is called hypocrisy. So the above amount that I put in is the approximate amount that I think they owe me and I am not sure. I put in the lowest amount I can think of in that regards so it might be accurate but I don't know until I find out what exactly was refunded to me monetarily. I will keep you updated.
