They advertise a free sample - then charge shipping & postage (14/09) for 2 separate items (which arrived together - several days later) Then you supposedly have 2 weeks to cancel - but they make this impossible:- phone line that does not work/ is put down as soon as you mention "cancellation" & an email supposedly for "customer services" for cancellation - comes back as "permanent failure/ address rejected". I have written to them, tried to phone them - they demand you have a number to return items - but do not provide it; don't return calls or answer letters.

- Am in same position. I have contacted companies house who are actually already investigating them. Am in process of contacting action fraud and trading standards.
