This is the second time an amount for $AUD 34.90
has been debited from my mastercard. I have no dealings with this company and have never approved any charges. I thought I may have inadvertently keyed my details incorrectly when making a BPay payment, but it appears someone else has had the same problem. I have cancelled my card as "stolen" and had it re-issued. The bank was unable to take action because it was not a direct debit against my account, and obviously the company is fraudulent so contacting it won't help. This was the only course of action available. Hope this is useful.
