The service is what it is in terms of being a whitepages.com type company. I should have known better than to expect the data to be more than I could find through google. However, what is NOT acceptable is that you cannot cancel the subscription online and the number they provide is non-working. It doesn't give a busy signal or even ring, but also does not say it's not in service -- it just does nothing. This is a the scam part. It's my responsibility to understand who I do business with, but their responsibility to make it remotely feasible to cancel the "service." I have emailed as well. So far, it's looking like I'm going to need to dispute the charges via my credit card company and have a new number reissued. This causes a ton of work for me in terms of other auto-pay updates, etc. I despise companies who have no ethics and can assure you this is a company a do NOT wish to do business with.
