I have came across this $1 H&M promo in Facebook and once i have click it they asked to create acct & password. Not knowing that once I register, I must then go back and tell them with 72 hrs that I do not want to subscribe!! Failure to do so they will keep deducting $35 to my account. And total they have been deducted $35 in Aug, Sept, Oct. Then i realised and call in to check. the staff answered that as long as u have created means i hv read the T&C which the T&C is not noticeable. I still ask her is there any way which I can get back the refund because I didn't purchase any deal from them or thru their website. in fact i forgot about this account at all. She answer " No, cannot be refund. u need to pay" Really hope this can create alertness to everyone - Before u key in any cards info to make payment pls read the T&C.
