I have no idea how they got my credit card info. I use this card very rarely.
I just noticed a charge:
Oct 10, 2014 - RBW Services, TX - $19.65. I knew I hadn't used the card that week because I was camping in the mountains.
Then, I looked down the card and noticed another charge:
Aug 9, 2014 - REDUCGURU, TX - $19.65. Again, it was a company I had never heard of. So, I looked them both up and found out they were a credit card scam. I didn't bother to call them. I just called my creditcard company and reported the fraud.
While looking my statement over, my company agent noticed another charge:
April 7, 2014 Austin Nutrition, Inc, TX - $19.65

So, what they are doing is charging the card every two months and changing the name, so that it goes unnoticed.
Apparently, from what I've read; they also use the alias HLTHFNDR.
If any of these names start showing up on your card on a bi-monthly charge of $19.64 from Austin, TX; then, just contact your credit card company directly and have them file a fraud investigation. The creditcard company will file charges against the fraudulent company. I am now looking at my civil suit options, since I had to cancel my creditcard and have the company send me a new one on a new account.
This means I can't use this new account until the new card arrives next week. I'd say that's inconvenience enough to file a civil claim as well as make a police complaint and ask them to file charges as well.
These are evil, crafty people purposely scamming people. Report them immediately!
