I sent for a free Trial offer for $4.95 shipping. The next thing I know my credit card is charged $84.47! I was not expecting this and called very upset.
The manager said as a "courtesy" she would refund half my money back. I told her I would send it back immediately, I haven't even had it for 14 days, I only received it a few days ago.
She said the 14 days starts on the day you order it, so if it gets lost in the mail, you get dinged the money.
She went on to inform me that since it's been opened they won't take it back for a refund.
I always thought a trial offer was to try the product, but not with nuvalift! There is fine print that rips you off.
I still feel that they owe me the balance of the money they took from me, and I will be happy to return the stinking product back to them.
For one thing as soon as I opened it, it STINKS! It smells like mildew, so if you sleep with anyone, DON'T USE IT!
