Accidentally called this number. I thought was related to employee benefits with my employer. In fact when I started dialing this automatically came up, so they must have called me in the past. When they answered and automated system said the "menu options have changed" statement, and they said I was going to received a walmart gift card. I thought I would have to do a survey or something. I thought great and then went to a customer service representative. Since it was related to employee health benefits I was not at all surprised that they asked for my date of birth (standard questions). But then listed all these cards I was going to get on top of the walmart gift card but I would have to pay for shipping. I instantly said "wait who are you" and she said they were a company I do business with and hung up. I decided to call back and ask questions. I did not give out any identifying information but instead asked for the name of the company. Could barely understand but he said they were a publishing department that works with Walmart, Target, and Home Depot.

I called a third time and played stupid that I was calling a department store customer service and this guy asked me for my zip code.

It was purely an accident that I called the number, but obviously I am concerned that i gave out my date of birth. The phone number I called was 866-327-4726. They said they were the rewards hotline for fun vantage at www.funvantage.com.
