Recently I just had my second child and wanted to do whatever I could to lose the weight. Online I had seen an add for Garcina Cambogia $4.95 trial offer. At the bottom with the terms and conditions I said if you don't cancel within 15 days of receiving the product I would automatically be enrolled in there membership and be charged a fee of $0.00 and on every 30 days after Id be charged $0.00. I took that as I would not be enrolled in anything and that I would just simply pay the one time fee of 4.95. Well that was not the case. Now I have been charged multiple times for products that didn't work and that I didn't want.

On October 2, I called the company and disputed the charge. They stated I can return the product for my money back. At that time I also went ahead and cancelled both the "memberships" that I had with them. I said it multiple times and the lady on the other end confirmed it to me.

Today I found a charge for the same product came out of my account. When I called to get the situation resolved and my money back the First Lady I spoke with was very rude, disrespectful, and hung up on me. I then called back and spoke with a different person who was more cooperative. At the end the supervisor got on the phone and was just as rude as the first woman was. They said I have to be liable for all charges. I had explained to them I cancelled the membership on October 2. Mind you the calls are all recorded. I asked her to play the recording of the call and she clearly hear I cancelled BOTHA memberships. She refused to be helpful at all. She is now telling me I have to pay a cancelation fee as well as a restocking fee of i return the product. None of this was told to me by the woman I spoke with on Oct. 2. I have had nothing but problems and issues with this company. I have heard of a scam like this occurring. After I went through this mess I went to the real Garcina Cambogia website where the advised a lot of those "free trial offer" is just a way of getting a persons information. There are bottles I've paid for yet never received. I'm a 25 year old mom of two boys trying to make ends meet. I thought I was getting a great trial offer deal and now all they have done is take my money, call me a liar, hang up on me multiple times, and even yell at me on the phone for calling too much. All I wanted was my money back because I didn't want the product.
