International boundaries
Got the Sports Package a month ago. Many of the sport channels freeze for few seconds to a minute or so which spoils watching the game. Secondly their 'Helpdesk' is anything but helpful. Over the last month when I submit a question or complaint, it's obvious that English is not primary language of Helpdesk. They misunderstand the question and give riduculous replies or send back a listing of channels to watch instead of addressing issues. Asked for a phone # to call yesterday or a supervisor and haven't heard back.
