After scamming me months ago $100 for a security package on my old PC, called me today to tell me they were getting "error" codes from my computer, a fairly new Mac. Stupidly, I let him take control and he showed me all these issues (such as rundll32) that needed to be dealt with. Then he wanted $100 & up for a security suite to protect this new Mac. When I refused he said he would still do his job (for the $100 I spent last time) and clean up the current problems. He then proceeded to go into my email accounts and change settings all around, for what reason I have no idea, and then he started going through pictures I'd recently loaded into iPhoto - AND THEN DELETED THE ENTIRE FILE - OVER 1000 PICTURES!! He also dumped numerous other documents. I guess he just wanted to be a d**k because I didn't spring another $100-200 for their security suite. Stay away from these a**holes!
