Additionally, SolidTrust Pay has assumed its corporate responsibility in the world and donates significantly to recognized charities AND provides financial aid assistance to its own members!

SolidTrust Pay believes that online business professionals need advanced payment systems - we will strongly compete to be your provider of choice. Additionally, individuals wishing to interact quickly and easily online need solutions to allow them to do so. New members can signup and use their accounts immediately. SolidTrust is the most flexible and user-friendly payment processor online today.

SolidTrust Pay will not "freeze" or "suspend" your account for businesses such as Network Marketing or MLM Income Opportunities. We will, however, suspend any account that is found to be involved in any fraudulent or malicious activity, including but not limited to, impersonating a SolidTrust Pay representative, accessing the account of any member without their authorization or attempting to gain SolidTrust Pay member passwords, personal information or emails by any methods whatsoever. Any decision made by SolidTrust Pay, its officers, or representatives will be final.

Hacking: if you use, or attempt to use this service for purposes other than sending and receiving payments and managing your account, (including but not limited to, tampering, hacking, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security or functionality of service), your account will be terminated without warning and you will be subject to damages and other penalties, including criminal prosecution where available. We have a record of your IP address, home phone number and mailing address.

Passwords: SolidTrust Pay staff will never ask for your passwords without your permission. Do not share your passwords with anyone. SolidTrust Pay will not be responsible for losses incurred by users as the result of their misuse of passwords.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold SolidTrust Pay, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claim, action, demand, loss, or damages (including attorneys' fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out of, or relating to, your use of the Service.

"Buyer Beware - Any time you join an Income Opportunity or MLM program you are doing so at your own risk. We do not issue refunds if the program turns out to not be what you thought it was, or if the owners/administrators do not hold up to their promises. You should thoroughly investigate any opportunity before making the decision to join - if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. It should also be noted that voiding any credit card or bank transaction you used to fund your SolidTrust Pay account for any reason constitutes fraud and violates many other laws. Members attempting to do so will be prosecuted to the maximum extent allowable."

SolidTrust Pay reserves the right to make any changes to its terms of service at any time without prior notification. The Terms & Conditions of your account are always available to you under the USER AGREEMENT link contained in the footer area of your account.
