like the other complaints on this web site, i too said to send me the "free" sample and i would pay the shipping costs. Then on August 26, 2014 I received and shipment of the same stuff, tried to call the number on the bill to return it and no one answered and yes i realize the time difference, did that too, they charged me $97.98 for shipping, and on the bill it states recurring monthly. I had not asked for anymore of the product. then just the other day, on 10/03/2014 i got another box and $97.88 charged again for shipping, again i tried to call no answer!!! i will continue to call and tell them i have written a letter of complaint. i should also say that the boxes are never sealed, they always have a rubber band around them. I can send you copies or pictures, if need be. but i am also going to report to better business bureau.
