I was scammed out of a 90 day membership by way of auto-renew. Most reputable businesses will send a reminder email before deducting money from your account, and no reputable company will charge you for services not rendered. When I noticed that funds were being held by my bank, I immediately tried to contact AYI via their published number, but was surprised to find out that they barely had a daytime contact number. I then used the email function, which is now a back and forth BS runaround with them trying to tell me they don't do refunds...I am not asking for a refund, I am asking that my funds be returned to my account because I cancelled my membership before the new 90 day membership began.
