I am writing to complain about the FREE trial offer of RVTL Anti Aging Cream cream which I paid £2.99 for on the 15th September.
I was not given any options to cancel any subscriptions for further goods and was therefore very surprised to see you had debited my bank account with £89.00 on the 29th September.
I did not wish to have any further products nor did I at any time believe I was entering into this sort of contract. I have requested that they cancel this agreement and I have requested a refund of the £89.00.
