I received a voice message today (10/1/14) saying it was a Nick Walker from the Department of Legal Affairs. The number he left to call back to was 202-241-8212. The message was some foreign accent, sounding disjointed like it was generated by a computer, telling me to call the number back about a "very important legal matter". It was difficult to understand other than that.
