I signed up for a free trial of less than $5. After receiving the trial, I called to cancel my account. The lady on the other end said it is canceled and I will not be charged anything. Within a couple weeks I received another sample and they charged me two full payments of $84.87 totaling $169.74!! I called back and they said they had no record of me calling the first time. (I didn't get the name of the person I spoke to or a cancellation number because it was a trial.) Now, after calling the second time about this outrageous charge, I spoke to a manager who was extremely rude and she said they won't refund me the money.After complaining for a while the manger said if I returned the product unopened she would only refund me part of one month which came to about $63 and the rest was a restocking fee. So now I'm out over $100 for some stupid trial of a product that doesn't even work. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!
