I just repeat a previous complain as it helped me to find any contact with them.

I received a free sample dependent upon me signing up for a 14 day trial which I wasn't aware of at all.

All of the sudden I found on my bank account that I was charged £89 for the trial.I asked my bank to do something. That was the point when they started to talk about trial and sending the cream back. Which was more confusing.

After searching online I found this site and finally a telephone number to call. Their phone number is 02030145480 and they are based in Crawley, Surrey, UK.

I called them and it seemed they give me a refund. When I got their email it was only £69 refund. Another call. As they said their company policy is blablabla.

So, I paid £ 2.99 plus £89 plus I need to pay for the pack to send it back.

It's an awful feeling when somebody uses you and you find yourself in a hopeless situation.

This company should be avoided.
