Answered a customer survey on the computer. It offered me a free gift as a thank you for completing the survey. The 'submit' button took me to 3 'gifts'. I chose Age Renew but had to pay for postage. There was nothing telling me it was a trial and I had signed up for a monthly delivery if I did not return it within 30 days. I contacted Age Renew's customer service and cancelled and returned the item immediately. I received an email confirming receipt but no refund has been received. On contacting AgeRenew I am told that my return was not received within the 30days. Unfortunately I destroyed the delivery evidence on receipt of the Age Renew email as I took this as evidence of their compliance so cannot prove the date of return even though I know that the Post Office will have delivered well within the 30 days.
