I was enticed to open an account with personalised trader advice. What begin as a small investment began to roll into something big. Tom Marks the advisor from UFX provided so-called advices on market information. Through him, I traded in Forex (US/JPY), Gold, Crude Oil and Dow Jones. His high handed method of asking me to top up my account 'to maintain the margin' to prevent the account from closing had me increasing the account to 130k which eventually wiped out within 15 Sept to 23 Sept. When I asked for clarifications, he refused to do it over email but rather over the phone which he tried to explain that all decisions were made by clients. He merely provide information. What are the recourse available?
