I have never written a review good or bad , but I am pissed.When I received the wig it was obviously longer than the one I ordered much longer.I could have dealt with that but when I tried it on the left side was a lot longer than the right side.When I contacted this company about this they wanted pictures of the wig I complied and sent pictures their reply was that the wig didn't look that bad,their (opinion) .They agreed to refund $15.00 which was unacceptable I began trying to find someone who knew how to cut a wig which by the way is a lot different than cutting human hair believe me I know I am a hairstylist.I found someone who could cut it at the cost of $25.00 I paid $52.00 for the wig so I told them I would keep the wig if they would pay the $25.00 to have it fixed still they only wanted to refund $15.00 this too is unacceptable thus the bad review for very bad business ethics.Believe the reviews don't get screwed over.
