I received what I believed was a free sample of a skin care product Essence of Argan and Idrotherapy. To my horror $96.37 was withdrawn from my mastercard account without my knowledge or consent. I paid $10 per item (x2) for the postage but did not know that there were going to be any further charges. It was advised as being FREE. I read another complaint entry on Friday night when I discovered that the money had been withdrawn from my account. The complaint was the same as mine. That poor person had two amounts deducted from their account for the products and believe me, the amounts weren't cheap either. I feel sorry for you also who made that complaint entry. I have emailed the Ingram Micro Australia and have received a non-descript email back but have not hear anything further. Believe me, I will be put this matter in the hands of my bank to sort out. I am absolute disgusted and extremely annoyed with Ingram Micro Australia.
