Bella Pure caught me with R 1,087.00 + postage of R 161.00. They advertised to send a free trial on FB. They asked for the money for postage - 2 parcels amounts of R 70.00 each + insurance of R 10.53 x 2.This is 1 email I got from them.I did receive my products after 2 months - in 1 parcel - when they had charged me for 2 parcels.

My face feels softer, but no marks have gone as they claim.
The parcel arrived on 08.09.2014 & on 15.09.2014 - R1,087.00 was just taken out of my account. You can see from the email below that they said I had until 23.09.2014. They use unethical sale tactics to trick you into a sale. They just take money out of your account without permission.They are outright crooks! They call themselves BELLE BELLE on your Bank Statement - so anything with Belle -... is a scam - just to make forced sales for themselves. They are not to be trusted.
I still do not even know if their products will work.
May they get what they deserve!!!

How can you charge someone for a FREE TRIAL? How much will it cost me to send the product back to you? How can you con a person lime this? You are still not playing fair.
How much will the so called – FREE Trial products cost? Nothing was said of that!
Please advise. How are you supposed to get good customers who want to buy the product if you threaten them?

I thought you were a legitimate company with ethics, morals. Clearly you are not unless you refund my R1087.00 to me immediately!

I regret to inform that the product burns my eyes when it is applied on my skin below my eyes. I do not want the product.
Please see your comment below. I had received my FREE TRIAL product late, so you gave me an extension of time to allow me enough time to enjoy my product till the 23 September. You are outright liars!
You have also just gone ahead today & debited my credit card with R1,087.00 What you gave me was FREE!!!!

Very devious strategy just to remove money from someone’s account before they have even tried the products properly and before the date you promised I could try the product. You just sent the two products and charged postage for 2 products without asking, then you put them in 1 package – very devious too.
That was supposed to be a FREE TRIAL – not a trial to be billed you crooks. You think you are clever, but think again. No marks have come off my face yet, so how do I know if it will work. The Trial products are very small tubs for the price.
I will never buy something over the internet again – thanks to you!
I will let you know if I ever want to take a chance – if ever – with you again & I will expect my 50% discount too – if that will ever be realised! I was swindled out of R1,087.00 which to me is as to you $ 1,087 USA.
I do not trust anyone again.

Please return my email, my money – as this is a free trial product.
Your Company will not last if you are crooked.

They have such clever strategy. I had cancelled my credit card so they would not take more from me, so now they say there is supposed to be 50% discount, so the balance of the money they will use for the other product.
There were many more emails. I did what they asked, but they ignored it all.
Most disgusted! Please report them to the world. Their advert is on FB if you want to find it.
