This place is a consumer rip-off. If you think about doing this please don't and spare yourself the frustration. Apparently somewhere in the very small print there is something about auto shipment. The so-called free trial is just a ploy to get you to sign up. Also beware that you are getting two products from two different companies. One is for the Patho product from Santa Ana California and the phone number is (877)212-0415 - it took me a half an hour to find a phone number) and the other is for RX Repair located in Canoga Park, CA and the phone number is (800)470-2330 - you won't get a live person on this line but a recording advising you to send an email to cancel. This is ridiculous since these two companies are in this together. To order it only took one call but to cancel you have to hunt down contact information, jump through hoops and wait on your refund. I certainly learned my lesson - there are many honest and straight forward companies out there but these two are not included in that list. Great companies are not afraid to put their contact information out there because they get customers with good products, good service and decent return policies. Beware!
