I purchased SpeedUp My Pc based on an ad in the Internet. They offered a money-back guarantee within 60 days after purchase date.
The application is simply a scam; as it doesn't do a thing for my computer. I cannot find any address where to file my request to refund my money, as the only address they give is Tech Live Connect.
Even though it isn't mentioned in the ad, in the document I received after I made the purchase states that "You are subscribed to a multiple payment product." I never authorized this subscription. I used my credit card to pay.
Will you please help me clear out this theft? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
