I ordered a trial bottle on their website which claimed that a 30 month supply would be sent for only $4.95, as a trial. I received the unit and did not like it at all - product looks cheap and ingredients have nothing special. A few days later, my credit card was charged $84. The website does not state clearly that if the customer doesn't call within 14 days, $84 will be charged for the trial bottle initially sent. I called customer service and complained about this scam and she mentioned everything is written under the terms and conditions which can be accessed through a link at the bottom of the website. She rudely said people should not purchase merchandise without reading the terms and conditions. And the worse part: the product cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Stay away from Nuvalift and Puravol.
Update: 09/24/2014
Actually, the website claimed that a 30 day supply would be sent, not a 30 month supply.
