I opened a "Claim your Costco rewards" email on 8/16/14. There were a list of items one could choose from for free, paying $4.95 shipping. Nuvalift was one of the items. I ordered & received it & thought I was done. On 9/1/14 a charge for $84.87 shows up on my acct for Nuvalift. When I called to inquire, the gal was very rude, said I clicked a box to accept the terms of this purchase. Apparently, hidden in the fine print was an agreement to notify the Company if I didnt like the product, otherwise I would have to pay the full price of the $84.87. NEVER SAW IT! There was no negotiating with the rude employee on the other end. IT"S A HUGE SCAM!!!
