Was sent an email for cash for my iphone prior to the new iphone 6 launch. Filled out the information was quoted $283 for my phone.
Was paid $45 by check the next week. Called the help line and was told I could not get the phone back as it was already processed. The lady went on to tell me the phone had major scratches on the face, back and home button (untrue as it never the left the case and had a crystal sapphire cover on the screen since it was out of the box) Regardless, the lady said it was "auto processed" and she could authorize an additional $65 payment (still less than half of what was quoted - total of $110 versus $283). Also informed her that I rechecked the website and that the site was still quoting $283. Her response was that the phone is no longer worth that but that the process to lower the bid on the site took time to be reconfigured - BS...
