I was trying to fill out an application for section 8 and I was informed that I would have to pay a $15 fee back in June of 2014. I have not seen any progress with my "application" so I became suspicious..I notified my bank (Philadelphia Federal Credit Union) however, it has been over 60 days and they cannot reimburse my 15.00 to my account. Of course I cannot contact anyone from HL Industries which seals the deal for me about this being a scam. I am very upset, even though $15 may not seem like much but it is still MY money and personal info these people have got. Please help.
